More about Matthew Lee:
Matthew’s responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the of the CID and working with commercial property owners and leaders in government on variety matters including beautification, public safety, and transportation.

Prior to his work with the Tucker-Northlake CID Matthew spent he career in the healthcare, technology, and nonprofit industries working with large organizations, including the American Cancer Society and Carestream Dental, and individual business owners, to improve process flows and educate staff and clients on best practices.

A resident of unincorporated Tucker in Gwinnett County, Matthew has lived in Tucker the majority of his life. His mother’s family settled in the Oak Grove and Tucker areas of DeKalb in the 1820s.

Matthew was part of the Tucker 2015 Volunteer Council that led to the incorporation of the City of Tucker in 2016. He is president of the Tucker Historical Society, serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Johns Homestead Park, and is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. 

More about Christopher Sanders:
Christopher currently is the Executive Director of the East Metro DeKalb Community Improvement District. Prior to taking on the CID, he was an Assistant Director at the Georgia Department of Revenue focused on improving processing procedures and customer service.  Prior to working in the public sector, he spent 10 years working for Georgia Pacific in different marketing and strategy positions. He holds a B.B.A in Business Management from the University of West Georgia and a M.B.A from the University of Georgia.
 
Christopher believes in giving back to his community.  In his spare time, he mentors junior and senior students at Redan High School, serves on the alumni recruitment board for the Professional MBA program at the University of Georgia, is an Alumni Board member for the University of West Georgia Alumni Association, and is a small group co-leader with the InsideOut high school ministry at Buckhead Church.
