David Clark is currently the Director of Public Works for Fulton County, Georgia.
As Director he is responsible for the water and wastewater systems serving over 105,000 customers in North and South Fulton County, the Fulton County Airport at Brown Field, 7 miles of roadway and drainage infrastructure and all planning and zoning functions within the unincorporated area of the Fulton Industrial District.
Prior to Fulton County, Mr. Clark served 18 years as the Director of Transportation and Public Works for Athens-Clarke County. He has also served as a transportation consultant in Portland, Oregon and as the Traffic Engineer for Barnstable County, Massachusetts. In his spare time, he is an avid long-distance motorcyclist.
