DeKalb Advisory Committee Meeting with Ted Rhinehart, Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Infrastructure

Ted Rhinehart serves as Deputy Chief Operating Officer/Infrastructure for DeKalb County government, and is responsible for the departments that manage the County’s water, wastewater, storm water, transportation, sanitation, parks and recreation, library and fleet management programs.  He previously served in similar positions in Augusta, Georgia; Bloomington, Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana; and in Fresno, California, and has more than 30 years of experience in city and county management.  He has a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from University of Mississippi.  He is active in the International City-County Management Association, the American Water Works Association, the American Public Works Association and the Georgia Association of Water Professionals.
