Bringing her expertise as an architect and an AICP planner to lead the team, Mrs. Stallings has extensive experience in land use planning, ordinance updates, impact fees, comprehensive planning and small area plans. She has worked with government leaders across the state to ensure best practices and management strategies for Cherokee County.
